Use of Information Collected

The Company does not now, nor will it in the future, sell, rent, or lease any of its customer lists and/or names to any third parties.

The Company uses personal information for purposes of presenting our Website and its contents to you, providing you with information, providing you with offers for products and services, providing you with information about your subscriptions and products, carrying out any contract between you and the Company, administering our business activities, providing customer service, and making available other items and services to our customers and prospective customers.  From time to time, we may use the information you provide to us to display advertisements to you that are tailored to your personal characteristics, interests, and activities.

The Company may feel it necessary, from time to time, to contact you on behalf of our other external business partners with regards to a potential new offer which may be of interest to you. If you consent or show interest in presented offers, then, at that time, specific identifiable information, such as name, email address and/or telephone number, may be shared with the third party.

The Company may find it beneficial to all our customers to share specific data with our trusted partners to conduct statistical analysis, provide you with email and/or postal mail, deliver support and/or arrange for deliveries to be made. Like other commercial websites, our Website utilizes a standard technology called “cookies” and server logs to collect information about how our Website is used.  Information gathered through cookies and server logs may include the date and time of visits, the pages viewed, time spent at our Website, and the websites visited just before and just after our own, as well as your IP address.

A cookie is a very small text document, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier.  When you visit a website, that site’s computer asks your computer for permission to store this file in a part of your hard drive specifically designated for cookies.  Each website can send its own cookie to your browser if your browser’s preferences allow it, but (to protect your privacy) your browser only permits a website to access the cookies it has already sent to you, not the cookies sent to you by other sites.

The Company uses various third-party social media platforms including but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook and other interactive programs.  These platforms may collect your IP address and require cookies to work properly.  These services are governed by the privacy policies of the providers and are not within the Company’s control.  The Company reserves the right to use technological equivalents of cookies, including social media pixels.  These pixels allow social media sites to track visits to outside websites to tailor advertising messages users see while visiting that social media website.  The Company reserves the right to use these pixels in compliance with the polices of the various social media sites.

  2. In other ways described in this Policy or to which you have otherwise consented;

  3. In the aggregate with other information in such a way so that your identity cannot reasonably be determined;

  4. As required by law, or in response to a subpoena or search warrant;

  5. To outside auditors who have agreed to keep the information confidential;

  6. As necessary to enforce the Terms of Use on our Website;

  7. As necessary to maintain, safeguard and preserve all the rights and property of the Company; and

  8. In the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of the Company’s assets and/or business.

Non-Marketing Purposes

The Company greatly respects your privacy. We do maintain and reserve the right to contact you if needed for non-marketing purposes (such as bug alerts, security breaches, account issues, and/or changes in the Company’s products and services, or changes to this Policy).  In certain circumstances, we may use our Website, emails, or other public means to post a notice.

Our Website is not directed to, and does not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from, children under the age of thirteen (13). If it is determined that such information has been inadvertently collected on anyone under the age of thirteen (13), we shall immediately take the necessary steps to ensure that such information is deleted from our system's database, or in the alternative, that verifiable parental consent is obtained for the use and storage of such information. Anyone under the age of thirteen (13) must seek and obtain parent or guardian permission to use this Website

Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers and servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment. This is all done to prevent any loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, or modification of the user's personal information under our control.

The Company also uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) for authentication and private communications to build users' trust and confidence in the internet and our Website use by providing simple and secure access and communication of credit card and personal information.  The Company also works with reputable third-party vendors.

Note that email is not recognized as a secure medium of communication.  For this reason, we request that you do not send private information to us via email.  However, doing so is allowed, but at your own risk.
